Change of mind or dissatisfaction

We carefully select every product we offer, and each product page describes exactly what you will receive. Because processing and fulfillment costs are incurred as soon as an order is placed, all sales are final and refunds are not granted if you are dissatisfied with your item or change your mind. Please review the product details carefully before buying, and do not place your order if the product is not what you are looking for or does not meet your needs.

Wrong item received

A wrong item means you received a completely different product from the one shown on our website. For example, you ordered a posture corrector and received a seat cushion. In that case, we will send you a free replacement with the same shipping speed as your original order, and you do not need to return the wrong item. Please email us three photos of the item you received, taken from different angles, so we can process your replacement faster.

Differences in how a product feels, fits or meets your personal expectations are not considered a wrong item, since all product details are listed on our website before purchase.

Order not received after 30 days

If your order has not arrived 30 days after your purchase, you are eligible for a free replacement, sent with the same shipping speed as your original order. This does not apply to shipments that the carrier shows as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered and you cannot find your package, please contact your local post office. You can check your tracking on our Track Your Order page.

Digital products

Digital guides are delivered by email from contact@vellive.com right after your payment is confirmed. If your guide does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and email us, and we will resend it at no cost.
